The Framework

Six pillars of a whole life

The holistic approach to a fulfilling life.

01

Body & Longevity

How to age gracefully from your twenties on, not just once you are a senior. What real care for your body looks like.

  • Superfoods, polyphenols, and anti-inflammatory eating
  • Deep, restful sleep
  • Daily movement
02

Mind & Emotional Wellth

The inner architecture, designed for whatever life brings.

  • Meeting life's challenges
  • Acceptance in the later seasons
  • Grief, for when the time comes and for those left behind
  • Psychotherapy as mind medicine
03

Faith & Spiritual Wellness

Spirituality and faith in God. Meaning that holds when everything else shifts.

  • Connecting to nature, the garden
  • The elements
  • Hearing God's voice in the quiet, through meditation
04

Financial Wellth

The freedom money provides, without the scarcity mindset.

  • Investments and property
  • Preparing for legacy
  • Insurance
  • Wills
05

Nature & Eco-Living

Learn to live off the land, wherever you are.

  • Garden to table
  • Eco-tourism
  • Nature immersion, no matter where you live
06

Voices & Stories

Lived wisdom from those who have gone before.

  • Stories from healers and investors
  • Ordinary people with extraordinary wisdom

Why six?

One without the others leaves a huge gap.

The six pillars come together to give you a holistic view. They let you dive into health, wellness, and abundance through how everything connects, rather than as standalone ideas.

You will find all the traditional things we know about health and money. You will also find the importance of spirituality. All of it is wrapped in the perspectives of people from every walk of life.

Everyone comes together to share their lived experiences. The lessons, the setbacks, and how we can collectively overcome and thrive.

A letter, not a brand

My father came up with the concept for AuraWellth. He wanted to marry all the facets that make for a wholesome and fulfilled life. The focus was never just on material possessions. Those had a purpose, but they were never the full picture. A life well lived has to include a healthy and happy body and mind.

This is the lesson both my parents wanted to bestow upon the world. Wealth without wellness is pointless. Wellness with no plan for sustenance is just a feel-good moment. Marry the two, and that is the magic.

Take the open invitation, and rest a while.

With warmth,
